What can I expect at a worship service?
Our purpose in worship services at IMI is to bring glory to God and to study His Word. This is accomplished through the various parts of the service:

SERMON: Through a detailed study of a portion of the Bible, we seek to better understand God's character, plan and purpose through teaching sound doctrine.
All Scripture is inspired by God and profitable for teaching, for reproof, for correction, for training in righteousness. 2 Timothy 3:16

MUSIC: God is praised and worshipped in traditional and contemporary hymns, through both instrumental and vocal music.
O come, let us sing for joy to the LORD,Let us shout joyfully to the rock of our salvation. Psalm 95:1

PRAYER: It is our privilege to bring praise, thanksgiving, confession and requests to God in times of prayer.
Do not be anxious about anything, but in everything, by prayer and petition, with thanksgiving, present your requests to God. Phillipians 4:6

OFFERING: Through tithes and offerings,we support the work of our church as well as missions work in our community and around the world.

This portion of the service is intended only for those who consider IMI their "church home"- donations from our guest are appreciated.
Each one must do just as he has purposed in his heart, not grudgingly or under compulsion, for God loves a cheerful giver. 2 Corinthians 9:7

COMMUNION: Offered on the 1st Sunday of each month.

What should I wear?
You will fit in at IMI whether you are dressed up or prefer a more casual look. You will see a wide range of styles at our services. You are invited to come as you are.

What is available for my children?
Children's Church is offered during the worship service for ages 3 - 12 years old on 1st, 2nd & 3rd Sunday. Children will be given the opportunity to participate in age-appropriate worship and Bible-focused activities. Attendance is optional- feel free to keep your children with you for the entire service if you prefer.
